Penne with creamy salmon

Lately I have been very busy with the launch of Mamma Flora sauces, going around London promoting them and delivering to customers. When I think I don't have enough time for cooking, I remember that in my family even on a stressful day, we would always find 15min to prepare a very comforting pasta. So for all of you that have little time for lunch or dinner but still want a warm meal at home, here's one of the quick dish I love the most: Penne with creamy salmon. It only takes 15min!

Mamma Flora’s Tip: Drain the pasta directly into the sauce few minutes before the cooking time displayed on the package, toss until al dente

Ingredients:

  • 100gr penne
  • 50gr smoked salmon
  • 15gr butter
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • Salt and pepper

Tools:

  • 1 pot
  • 1 pan

Method:

  • Place a pot with water to boil
  • In the meantime cut the smoked salmon in small pieces
  • When the water is boiling, add the pasta and salt as per taste
  • In the meantime place the salmon in a pan with the butter and gently heat it. It will take 2-3 min for the salmon to cook
  • Drain the pasta directly into the pan with salmon few minutes before the cooking time displayed on the package, toss until al dente
  • Add 1 tbsp of cream and pepper
  • Serve warm
