Our Traditional Spaghetti are produced in Gragnano, the "City of the Pasta" with only traceable Italian durum wheat semolina and spring water. They are a classic of the Italian cuisine and should not be missing in any pantry. They are versatile and can be used with any of our pestos or sauces.
Like all of our MAMMA FLORA Pasta they are made with traditional bronze dies and contain more than 13.5% proteins making them highly digestible. They are dairy free, nut free and vegan. And of course they are free from any chemicals such as stabilizers, preservatives or artificial colours. Every bag contains 500g of pasta.
Ingredients: 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, water
Instructions: For an "al dente" cooking put the pasta in enough boiling water with salt for 10-12 min, drain and mix it with your Mamma FLORA sauce.
