Our Traditional Tomato Sauce is a beautifully simple pasta sauce. It is a classic from Southern Italy and uses only 5 ingredients. Based on my family's recipe we use fresh handpicked tomatoes, chopped Montoro onions, and fragrant basil. We only add some extra virgin olive oil and salt. All ingredients are locally grown in Southern Italy and there is absolutely nothing else inside. Gluten, nut and dairy free. Contains 185g of sauce - plenty for 2 large portions.
Instructions: Simply add to your MAMMA FLORA pasta and serve. Perfect with our Mezzi Paccheri or Gnocchetti Sardi.
