Gnocchetti Sardi with Pumpkin Pesto, Sausage and Mushroom

This recipe is quick and delicious for these autumnal days. It combines together seasonal ingredients into a mouthwatering pasta dish.


  • 200g MAMMA FLORA gnocchetti sardi (GF option available)
  • 1 jar MAMMA FLORA pumpkin pesto
  • 2 pieces sausage
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 3 spring onions
  • Parmesan
  • olive oil


  • 1 pan
  • 1 pot


  • Boil enough water (at leat 2l) for the pasta
  • While waiting for the water to boil, cut the spring onions in small pieces and place in the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Gently fry
  • Cut the sausage in small pieces and remove the skin, add them in the pan and continue fry
  • Cut the mushroom in thin slices and add them in the pan as well
  • Fry for almost 10min until the sausage is cooked and the mushrooms tender, season if necessary
  • When the water boils, add the pasta in the pot, cook it following the cooking time
  • Drain the pasta directly in the pan using a skimmer spoon if you have, mix everything together on low heat and add parmesan as you like
  • Enjoy!
