This recipe is quick and delicious for these autumnal days. It combines together seasonal ingredients into a mouthwatering pasta dish.
Ingredients:
- 200g MAMMA FLORA gnocchetti sardi (GF option available)
- 1 jar MAMMA FLORA pumpkin pesto
- 2 pieces sausage
- 6 mushrooms
- 3 spring onions
- Parmesan
- olive oil

- 1 pot
Method:
- Boil enough water (at leat 2l) for the pasta
- While waiting for the water to boil, cut the spring onions in small pieces and place in the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Gently fry
- Cut the sausage in small pieces and remove the skin, add them in the pan and continue fry
- Cut the mushroom in thin slices and add them in the pan as well
- Fry for almost 10min until the sausage is cooked and the mushrooms tender, season if necessary
- When the water boils, add the pasta in the pot, cook it following the cooking time
- Drain the pasta directly in the pan using a skimmer spoon if you have, mix everything together on low heat and add parmesan as you like
