Our Gluten Free Gnocchetti Sardi give you the same satisfaction as our Traditional Pasta. They are produced with only gluten free ingredients using the unique know-how our pasta makers have perfected over generations. That is why it provides the same authentic "al dente" texture. Their shell-like shape and small size make them the perfect choice for you if you like lots of little bites of pasta.
Like all of our MAMMA FLORA Pasta they are made with traditional bronze dies and highly digestible. They are gluten free, dairy free, nut free and vegan. And of course they are free from any chemicals such as stabilizers, preservatives or artificial colours. Every bag contains 400g of pasta.
Ingredients: Rice & corn flour, water
Instructions: For an "al dente" cooking put the pasta in enough boiling water with salt for 10-12 min, drain and mix it with your pesto or sauce byMAMMA FLORA.
