An Italo-American salad

As soon as I was back in London I tried to recreate it remembering the ingredients and the taste. I have to say I am quite satisfied with the result. Fennel and Grapefruit Salad

Serves: 2 Prep: 15min Difficulty: easy Some of you have asked me for more salad recipes so here you go: Fennel and Grapefruit salad! This is a really easy but tasty traditional Italian salad. Very fresh and citrusy, and with fennels, so much in season right now. I hope you enjoy it. Mamma Flora’s Tip: If you don’t prefer the bitterness of the grapefruit, use instead blood oranges. Italian Stuffed Eggs: Uova Tonnate

Serves: 2-3 people Prep: 10min Cooking: 15min Difficulty: easy These beautiful stuffed eggs are perfect as antipasti or as a main and you can prepare them in advance and let them rest in the fridge. Try them, such an easy recipe yet so tasty! Prawn and courgette spaghetti

Serves: 2 Prep: 10min Cooking: 15min Difficulty: easy This is a premium version of the courgette spaghetti. Adding prawns and wine bring more layers of taste to the dish. Mamma Flora’s Tip: The secret of a perfect pasta dish is to cook the pasta in the sauce for the last 3-4min of its cooking time. The starch of the pasta will mix with the sauce making it very creamy and juice without adding any dairy.
