Sauteed Wild Mussels

Cooking: 15 min Serves: 4 Difficulty: easy I grew up by the sea and I love seafood! Lately I discover that in London you can find the tastiest mussels, coming directly from the wild coasts. So here an Italian recipe from my mum applied to a great British product! Mamma Flora’s Tip: mussels are very delicious but before cooking them, there is a little bit of preparation to do in case they are not pre cleaned from the fisherman. Potato Gateau or Gattò

Preparation: 40min Cooking: 45min Serves: 5 people Difficulty: easy This is one of the most famous dishes from Naples, it is amazingly simple and delicious. It is perfect as a main but when I prepare a buffet for a get together with friends, my gatto is always the first to go! Mamma Flora’s Tip: use your favourite cured meat so that the potatoes are enriched with the flavour of it. I personally love mortadella, it’s so tasty and smells so good. Whenever we were doing a picnic, one person was in charge of preparing Spaghetti Frittata. So easy to share and to bring with you either at work or at school. The next day it is even tastier! Preparation: 40min Serves: 4 people Difficulty: easy Mamma Flora’s Tip: For a real Neapolitan touch try to use Bucatini pasta, they are thicker than spaghetti. Warm Green Bean and Potato Salad

Warm Green Beans and Potato Salad Preparation: 40min Serves: 2people Difficulty: easy Such a great side, easy and fun to make. You can also serve it as a main on vegetarian dinners, adding some bread perhaps.
